She future added that, while you are trying to conceive consume more of foods that are rich in antioxidants, fibers, less refined carbs, and high-fat dairy. Avoid eating trans fats, sugar, and caffeine. Eat more of vegetables and fruits as these will help in keeping you healthy, controlled and boost your fertility levels. Use more of Unsaturated Oils and drink a glass of whole milk every day.

A sedentary lifestyle is the root cause of many health issues, it leads to an accumulation of fat in the body and thus, is responsible for hormonal imbalance as well. It is all interconnected your hormones, weight, and infertility. You also need to lower your stress levels otherwise your chances of getting pregnant can decrease.
