New Delhi: Tata Group firm Titan Company Ltd on Saturday said S Ravi Kant, the current CEO of its eyewear division, will take over as the head of the watches and accessories division from July 1.
The current CEO of eyewear division, H G Raghunath, will retire on June 30, 2015.
“S Ravi Kant will take over as the CEO of the watches & accessories division from July 1, 2015,” Titan Company said in a filing to the BSE.

“Ronnie Talati, currently Chief Marketing Officer of the watches & accessories division, will take over from Ravi Kant as CEO of the eyewear division from July 1,” it added.
Prior to taking over as CEO of the eyewear division, Mr Kant was COO of Titan Company’s international business.
